The basics of how we quote, build, and stand behind custom marine work.
Quotes and estimates
Prices shown on this website, including guide ranges on our pricing pages, are estimates for planning purposes only. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quote after we review your boat, measurements, fabric selection, and any custom lettering or logos.
Deposits and payment
Custom canvas and upholstery work is made specifically for your boat. A deposit may be required before materials are ordered, with the balance due on completion. Deposits for custom materials are non-refundable once fabric has been cut.
Turnaround times
Estimated completion dates are provided in good faith and can shift with fabric availability, weather, and seasonal demand. We will keep you informed of any change to your schedule.
Workmanship
We stand behind our stitching and construction. If a seam, zipper, or fastener we installed fails under normal use, contact us and we will make it right. Damage caused by storms, improper trailering, abrasion, mildew from improper storage, or normal fabric UV aging is not covered.
Customer-supplied materials and boats
Boats and parts left with us are the customer's property and should be free of valuables. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, corrosion, or hardware failures discovered during work; we will notify you before proceeding with anything outside the agreed scope.
