When you submit our quote request form, call, or email us, we collect the details you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number, boat details, project description, and any photos you attach. We do not sell or rent this information.
How we use your information
We use your information solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule work, and communicate about your project. Photos you upload are used to understand the work required and to prepare an accurate quote.
Photo uploads and storage
Photos submitted through the quote form are uploaded to secure cloud storage and shared with our team through time-limited private links. Uploaded photos are automatically deleted approximately 30 days after submission unless your project is active.
Cookies and analytics
Our site does not use advertising cookies. Embedded Facebook and Instagram feeds are provided by Meta and may set their own cookies when displayed; these are governed by Meta's privacy policy.
Data sharing
We share information only with service providers that make our website and email work (hosting, email delivery, and file storage), and with our partner Aqua Wrench Mobile Marine Repair when your project includes mechanical or electrical work. We never sell your data.
Your choices
You may request that we correct or delete your information at any time by emailing support@aquamarine-customs.com. We will respond promptly and remove your details unless we are required to retain records for an active or completed job.
